David White passed away on 3 December 2011. David was renowned for his encyclopaedic knowledge of glazes and the crackle glaze technique he developed holds pride of place in collections across the globe. Our deepest sympathy goes to Diana, his wife of 49 years and their son Matthew and daughter Louise and their families.
