Heyning W/D Studio stands for the combined work of Wied and Diederik Heyning.
Together they explore different ways of expression in porcelain.
Diederik concentrates on throwing and building paper thin porcelain translucent objects. Wied gives an answer to his work by applying fine, delicate decorations in relief, using soluble salt colours.
