This is a thrown and altered stoneware bottle by Margaret Curtis. Margaret has poured porcelain slip then an iron celadon glaze onto the body. The vessel has then been fired in an oil kiln to 1300c giving the body and glaze depth. Margaret is pictured holding this bottle that she has stamped on the base with her potters mark. In the photo of the three bottles, this is the middle sized one on the left.
