This is a slab built salt-glazed creamy open double wave, warm interior by Ruth King. Once Ruth constructed this pot she then sprayed it with a slip onto the stoneware clay before first bisque firing it in an electric kiln. Ruth then re-fires it in her gas kiln that is then she adds the salt at the height of the firing. The base of this pot has been signed and stamped by Ruth.
