Squared orange vase

This is a slip-cast vase by Lara Scobie decorated with a combination of inlay and sgraffito using black and bright orange slips. Although unglazed, the high fired parian clay used by Lara is vitrified and able to hold liquids. Lara is pictured holding this pot that she has signed on the base.
