Green hybrid

This is a slab built salt-glazed green hybrid by Ruth King. Once Ruth constructed this sculpture she then sprayed it with a slip onto the stoneware clay before first bisque firing. Ruth then fired the vessel in her gas kiln. Ruth is pictured holding this form that she has signed and stamped on the base.
