Tall cylinder with tapered rim

This is a tall press-moulded and coiled stoneware cylinder with a tapered rim by Paul Wearing. Paul has applied layers of slips and glazes to create a rich volcanic surface. Paul has stamped the base of this vessel with his potter mark.
