This is a hand built ceramic sculpture in two parts titled ‘turquoise ribbon’ by Tina Vlassopulos. Tina carefully burnished the stoneware clay when it was leather hard giving it a silky feel and sheen. Tina is pictured holding this piece that she has applied her mark to the base.
This piece is unglazed and cannot hold liquids.
