The sea view alone from Jack Doherty’s home is worth the 360 mile drive to the tip of Cornwall. The picturesque fishing village of Mousehole is where Jack lives and works. It’s a fantastic place to visit throughout the year with a variety of galleries and places to eat.
You can see in the surface of Jake’s soda fired pots the colours of the coast. Beautifully made with turquoise and russet surfaces Jack Doherty has managed to encapsulate the environment around him into every vessel he makes.
When Online Ceramics arrived, Jack had unpacked his kiln that morning and he had just finished making them presentable. Peter Ward, Online Ceramics owner said ‘Having such a wide selection made choosing the pots really difficult. I’m really pleased with the ones I chose, I think we have a really good cross section of Jack’s work’.
The pots are now available to view.
