John Maltby – Fishermen and Boat

This ceramic sculpture by the late John Maltby (1936–2020), titled Fishermen and Boat, is mounted on a wooden plinth. Maltby impressed his maker’s mark into the deck of the boat, while the underside of the plinth is signed, dated and inscribed with the title in his own hand.
