Low oval

This wheel-thrown and altered low oval stoneware vase by ceramic artist Daniel Boyle showcases his distinctive approach to form and surface. Glazed with layered slips, ash, and salt, the piece has developed a beautifully rich, textured finish full of depth and natural variation.

Daniel is pictured holding the vase, which is stamped on the base with his personal potter’s mark. In the photograph showing two vases, this is the piece is on the left.
